Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
If your location is considered a remote area, delivery time may be slightly longer.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary based on location and courier conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery area.
Free Shipping may be offered on orders above a specific amount (set your amount here).
Express delivery costs extra (if enabled).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your shipment using the courier’s online tracking portal.

6. Customs & VAT

UAE orders may be subject to 5% VAT as per UAE regulations.
All VAT or customs-related charges will be shown at checkout or collected by the courier upon delivery (if applicable).

7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed or not delivered, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier.
For damaged items, report within 24 hours of receiving your package with photos of the item and packaging.
